Welcome to the A1 Camera Club

We are a friendly local photographic club based in Weston-super-Mare. We meet every Tuesday between September and June at 7:30pm in St Georges Community Centre, St Georges, Weston-super-Mare.

Our members share a common interest in photography in its many different forms and disciplines. We have members of all ages and abilities (from the novice who has just acquired their first camera to others who have had a passion to take photographs lasting for decades).

Our aim is to provide a welcoming, friendly and sociable environment where we can all learn, improve and practice our photographic skills. We do this by offering a varied program of talks, practical workshops, photographic competitions and outside visits. We have also over the fast few years worked with Weston-super-Mare Town Museum on various projects including a ‘then and now project’ and have held successful exhibitions in the town.

New members are always welcome. Please either come along on a Tuesday evening or contact us for more details.
