Learning Macro Photography
A successful evening at A1 Camera Club as members learned and developed techniques of macro photography. Many of us learning just what our cameras can do that we weren't aware of! With some inexpensive (and some expensive) additions we were able to get some astounding shots. More of these to be shown in the club competitions in the near future I'm sure.
As a taster example - this sea urchin shell proved a popular subject.

and with a lens attached -with a reversing ring and some extension bellows we got this close!

- More work is needed now to take multiple shots as a focus stack and combine them in Photoshop as Roger demonstrated. Club members can access intersection sheets from the members' area of the website.
